Hey I’m Sonja!
Through my practical empowerment methods and signature group coaching accelerator Soul First, Then Strategy ™ my work is to empower women to become more confident in themselves first, so they can courageously build and operate a product centered or physical business that operates around their lives and busy schedules, not the other way around.
When I’m not working with ambitious women I’m probably studying techniques to live more fully holistically. I’m also a wife and homeschool mom of a seven year old son.
The Details
When:
- The Soul First Summit + Interview Series will run October 3 – 4 with a variety of informative conversations along with interactive events and workshops throughout the weekend.
WHERE:
- Leave the house for what? You can tune into the summit from the comfort of your couch and favorite pair of stretchy pants. No mask required!
Presentations:
- Interviews will last 20-35 minutes. Each presentation will be available for 24 hours so that you can become intentional and actionable along with the other thousands of other ambitious women in attendance.
CoNNECTIONS:
- I’ve set up a private Facebook group just for you where we’ll hang out together before and during the summit, play summit Trivia games for daily prizes, chat with speakers and other attendees , PLUS so much more so you can work on cultivating the highest version of yourself!
