How To Process Traumatic Events
It’s one of those tough times again as a collective.
I don’t wanna rehash the details of the current national tragedy because the truth is it’s happening so much that a more generic post can hopefully serve many people at any time.
Instead I want to offer some support for if or when you need it because we rarely get advanced notice on all sorts of unimaginable things in our life.
And as helpful as many outlets intend to be, sometimes their well thought out intentions turn into list of what we should or shouldn’t so or feel.
My desire is simple.
I don’t want anyone to suppress what you feel in these instances.
